As wives, mothers and nurturing women, we often forget the true value of sweat and invigorating physical activity. Let's remember the value for 8 weeks; 8 Tuesdays beginning on Jan 10th! Each morning at 7:00AM we will dance a few routines to fun and upbeat music followed by a cool down and gentle stretching routine. This will be low to moderate aerobic impact so a wide variety of fitness levels from beginner to slightly advanced are welcomed!
