Time to work off that Holiday Cheer with Dance Fitness!

As wives, mothers and nurturing women, we often forget the true value of sweat and invigorating physical activity. Let's remember the value for 8 weeks; 8 Tuesdays beginning on Jan 10th! Each morning at 7:00AM we will dance a few routines to fun and upbeat music followed by a cool down and gentle stretching routine. This will be low to moderate aerobic impact so a wide variety of fitness levels from beginner to slightly advanced are welcomed! Classes are $5 each and run from January 10 through February 7th on Tuesday mornings! Text 256-393-7366 to register!!
